Individual race. The athlete swims 3,800 m and rides 183 km on the bike. The race takes place on the Grizzlyman Full course (two laps with one passage through the transition area at Olešná).

Water rescue service is provided. The race is governed by the rules of the Czech Triathlon Association.
RACE ACCREDITATION, ACCOMMODATION, ALL ATHLETE FACILITIES, START AND FINISH OF ALL DISCIPLINES, AND THE AWARD CEREMONY TAKE PLACE AT A SINGLE LOCATION – THE TRANSITION AREA AT OLEŠNÁ RESERVOIR.

COURSE:
Course marking will be explained during the briefing. ATHLETE SUPPORT IS ALLOWED, HOWEVER THE COURSE CAN ALSO BE COMPLETED WITHOUT SUPPORT. Athletes are required to use a watch with GPS navigation.
SWIMMING:
3.8 km with an exit from the water every 950 m
CYCLING:
2 × 91.5 km on a demanding road course with total elevation gain of +2,700 m.
RULES:
- The race takes place under normal road traffic conditions. All athletes must be familiar with traffic regulations and strictly observe maximum road safety. Act No. 361/2000 Coll., Road Traffic Act.
- Athletes have no special rights or exemptions in traffic during the race.
- All obstacles and traffic situations are part of the race.
- The organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted passage at any point on the course.
- Support crews are not authorized to stop vehicles.
- Passing traffic lights or railway crossings on red, during active warning signals or lowered barriers, results in immediate disqualification.
- Support vehicles may park only completely off the road beyond the white edge line. Violation results in a 5-minute penalty; repeated violation results in disqualification.
- The cycling course includes one NO SUPPORT ZONE – no parking, support or stopping allowed – and NO SUPPORT CARS ZONES with vehicle access forbidden (impassable road).
- No Support Cars zone: Ráztoka – Pustevny
- Illegal parking is penalized by 5 minutes; repeated violation leads to disqualification.
- Minimum drafting distance is 15 meters.
- During the running segment, the athlete may be accompanied by a cyclist or a runner.
- The accompanying person must never be in front of the athlete.
- Accompanying cyclists must strictly follow all road traffic safety regulations. Act No. 361/2000 Coll., Road Traffic Act.
- Only official support may provide refreshments or any technical assistance. Detailed information and maps for the 2026 edition will be provided in the race manual before the event.
