Dear competitors, please pay attention to the following information.
This weekend, another edition of the extreme Grizzlyman will take place.
REGISTRATION
Registration will start on Friday at 16:00. The race briefing will take place at 19:00.
IMPORTANT!! We kindly ask all athletes who will be sleeping in the transition area in our heated tent to send us an email at registrace@grizzlyman.cz. Based on the number of interested participants, we will prepare the best possible conditions so that everyone has enough space around them!
As last year, our tent will have a floor, and participants will sleep on their own sleeping mats and sleeping bags.
From Friday at 16:00, a guarded storage area for bikes and luggage will also be available in the transition zone.
Each unsupported athlete will receive two marked bags (with their race number) at registration – one for used swimming gear and one for dry running gear. These must be handed in before the Friday briefing.
A public kitchen will be available in the transition area for preparing your own dinner and breakfast. We will provide water, hot drinks, a stove with hotplates, electric kettles, coffee machines, gas stoves, a microwave, etc.

On the running course, aid stations are located at the course crossing at km 9 and km 16, and in the transition area at km 21. FULL-distance athletes run two loops. The composition is similar to the bike course, with more salty snacks added.
